  • Bloodline Champions - Finaler Patch kommt morgen - Leser-News von maddze

    Heute wurden in den offiziellen Foren verkündet, dass der finale Patch für Bloodline Champions am morgigen Donnerstag gegen 13 Uhr aufgespielt wird, so steht dem Release Mitte Januar wohl nichts mehr im Weg.

    Die Spieler von Bloodlines Champions sind sehr angetan von dem kommenden Patch, da er vieles verändert und die Entwickler stark auf die Community eingegangen sind. Die Patch Notes aus dem Forum lauten wie folgt:

    Marketplace
    •Players can now unlock items in the marketplace using either Funcom Points or Blood Coins.
    •New Avatar items added to the marketplace.
    •New Title items added to the marketplace.

    Achievements
    •Players can now unlock Achievements rewarding the player with Achievement Points and Blood Coin bonuses.
    •Achievements are viewable in the Player Profile.
    • Players that have already reached the requirement for certain Achievements will receive the rewards for these in a bundle when they login. (note that certain achievements will start from 0 even though players have reached the requirements)

    General
    •Casting particle systems are no longer visible when a player is invisible.
    •Slow stacking reworked, stacking is now multiplicative instead of additive.
    •A target can no longer become slowed more than 75% of base movement speed.
    •Movement tweaked, players will now be able to change directions more quickly.
    •Several GFX and animations have been tweaked and updated.
    •Item 1 (Heal) and Item 2 (Resurrection) have had their names changed to Medallion 1 and Medallion 2.
    • The default settings for Grade requirements in custom Grades are now set to +-5 of the player's Grade.
    • Auto Balance in Custom Games is now based on Account Rating (Grade) instead of hidden custom game rating.
    • Default Custom Game Rounds set to 3 instead of 4.
    • Players can now add bots in custom multiplayer games.
    • Blood Priest, Guardian, Stalker and Seeker are now available as bots.
    • Added support for binding the Self Target modifier (default key: Shift) and the EX modifier (default key: Control). All input actions can now also be bound to Ctrl, Shift and Alt.
    • Team names and avatar names must now go though a profanity filter before they get accepted.
    • VoIP is now enabled again.
    • Statistics in the profile is now available to all players.
    • Loader has been updated with new graphics.
    • Accounts created after release no longer receive "The Beta Tester" as their default title. They instead receive the title "The Apprentice". All old accounts will also receive this title, as well as keep their "The Beta Tester"-title.

    General Bugfixes
    • Fixed a bug causing team flags to not be displayed in the Game Lobby in matchmaking games.
    • Fixed a bug causing the graphics to become blurred on certain settings.
    • Fixed a bug in the matchmaking system that in some cases caused the priority to not be based on the time in queue.
    • Fixed a crash bug when the game starts after pressing Play in the loader.
    • Fixed a bug causing the Grades to not become updated for the current match that was played (it was updated the next match instead).
    • Fixed a bug causing transparent players to become invisible when hovering them with the cursor.
    • Fixed a bug causing selected Weapons/Outfits to not become saved correctly when re-logging or restarting the client.
    • Teams can no longer have the same name as another team in the same bracket.
    • A bug causing some players to not be able to get into games due to the game not loading properly should be fixed.
    • A couple of bug fixes and tweaks to the observer mode.
    • Fixed a bug causing draft and s-draft to not work properly when playing against bots.
    • Fixed a bug causing the cold team to win regardless even if the cold team forfeited when playing CTA.

    Blood Coins
    • Blood Coin gain rate tweaked.
    • You can now earn Blood Coins from playing Single Player.
    • Players now receive 50% less Blood Coins in Custom Games if there is at least one bot in the game.
    • Blood Coin gain rate in Custom Arena is now 100%.
    • Blood Coin gain rate in Custom Conquest is now 125%.
    • Blood Coin gain rate in Custom CTA is now 125%.
    • Blood Coin gain rate in Solo Arena is now 125%.
    • Blood Coin gain rate in Team Arena 2v2 is now 150%.
    • Blood Coin gain rate in Team Arena 3v3 is now 175%.
    • Blood Coins will now only be given to players if there are an equal amount of players on both teams when the game starts.
    • The Daily Bonus changed into a bonus pool system, players will now receive 3x the amount of Blood Coins up to a maximum of 600 Blood Coins when playing rated games. The Bonus Pool is reset once every day.

    Localization
    • Localization support has been added! The game is now available in English, German, Spanish and French. You can select your preferred language in either the loader, the login screen or the options menu.
    •A major part of the existing GUI has been modified/revamped to make room for localized texts.
    • We have decided to keep a few texts in English to ease the communication between players. Bloodline Names, Ability Names, Spell Names and Buff Names are kept in English.

    GUI Fixes and Updates
    •It is now possible to open/close slots in a Lobby by clicking them with the middle mouse button.
    •Chat has been Buffed so it can keep up with the psychological edge of the Warm Team.
    •It is now possible to click player names in chat to display stats, or double click to open a whisper channel.
    •Chat Colors have been tweaked to make it easier to distinguish different types of messages.
    •It is now possible to use the ^-character in the chat ^_^
    • On-screen texts such as "Warm Team Captured <Point X>" have been moved to better screen positions, allowing players to see gameplay more clearly.
    • Fullscreen effect added when a player is killed.
    • Grades have been updated with new icons and names.
    • Most played Bloodlines and recent Achievements are now displayed on the Profile Summary page.
    • It is now possible to close reward boxes used for level up, achievements, item purchases etc. by clicking on them.
    • Added support for completely hiding the mini-map and it's buttons.
    • The big energy bar no longer always glows yellow. It now changes color according to your energy levels, just like the small energy bars above the players heads.
    • Maximum number of messages in chat increased to 100 up from 50.
    • Added an option for extended chat history, increasing the maximum number of messages in chat to 500.
    • Credits added to the Login Screen.
    • The Game Lobby has been updated with new graphics and loading lights.
    • More statistics have been added to the statistics screen. Note that some of the new stats and achievements either starts from 0 or need at least one game to get the correct values.
    • A separate section for Observer UI settings in the Options Menu has been implemented.
    • Players can now turn off overhead player names and overhead health/energy/cast bars separately.
    • A few settings in the Options Menu have been reset.
    • Items in the profile is now sorted depending on quality.

    Game Modes & Maps
    •Warp medallion is now available in Conquest instead of Resurrect Medallion.
    •Players now gain the 40% more damage/healing/recovery health buff in Conquest.
    •Glutton can no longer pickup an Artifact while in Stone form.
    •Thorn can no longer pickup an Artifact while in Nurturing Roots.
    •Enemy attacks that throws targets into the air no longer causes the target to drop the Artifact.

    Bloodlines & Abilities
    •Buff descriptions have been added to all buffs & debuffs.
    •Several icons updated with new graphics.

    Thorn

    Mushroom Spore
    •Ticks down to 2 from 3.
    •Damage up to 7 from 5.
    •Duration Down to 4s from 5s.
    •Immobilize Duration up to 1.3s from 1s.
    •Immobilize effect now breaks on damage.

    Dead Roots
    •Effect now stacks with other players Dead Roots.
    •Slow factor down to 40% from 60%.

    Glutton

    Earthstorm
    •Area down to 20 from 24.
    •Slow factor down to 25% from 50%.
    •Projectile slow factor down to 85% from 90%.

    Stalagmite
    •Slow factor down to 25% from 33%.
    •Slow duration down to 2s from 3s.

    Guardian

    Cleave
    •Slow factor down to 33% from 50%.
    •Slow duration down to 2s from 2.5s.

    Axe of Zechs
    •Reduces damage after piercing an enemy by 40% up from 25%.

    Psychopomp

    Mind Transfer
    •No longer triggers deadwood seed when hitting Treacherous roots.
    •Slow factor down to 25% from 50%.
    •Slow duration down to 2s from 3s.

    Terrifying Scream
    •Slow Factor down to 25% from 33%.
    •Slow duration down to 2s from 3s.

    Guardian Spirit
    •Now reduces CC duration by 50%.

    Herald

    Chronosphere
    •Slow effect can no longer be dispelled.
    •Slow factor down to 33% from 50%.

    Time Shift
    •Slow factor down to 33% from 50%.

    Astronomer

    Spectro Strike
    •Slow factor down to 33% from 50%.

    Moon Shadow
    •Slow factor down to 25% from 33%.

    Alchemist

    Instant Injection
    •No longer explodes when not hitting a target.

    Blood Priest

    Dark Prayer
    •Damage from Dark Prayer should no longer kill the Blood Priest when affected by an amplify effect.

    Seeker

    Immolation Arrow
    •Energy gain up to 12 from 8, no longer grants extra energy when hitting more than one target.

    Lightning Arrow
    •Damage down to 22/18/14 from 24/20/16.

    Blitz
    •Energy gain now displayed correctly in the tooltip.

    Illusion
    •No longer affected by damage from multiple attacks that hit on the same time the effect triggers.

    Frost Arrow
    •Time before impact now displayed in the tooltip.
    •Target indicator colors tweaked for Warm Team.

    Rapid Fire - Removed

    Triforce Arrow - New Ultimate
    Projectile attack, 0.7s cast, deals 25 damage on impact, inflicts Elemental Fusion on target.

    Elemental Fusion
    Deals 40 damage to target and all nearby enemies of the target after a 2s delay.

    Gunner

    Focus Shot
    •Range down to 100 from 108.

    Rocket Jump
    •Stun duration down to 0.7s from 1s.

    Engineer

    Jet Pack
    •Slow factor down to 25% from 33%.
    •Slow duration down to 3s from 5s.

    EMP Blast
    •No longer triggers deadwood seed when hitting Treacherous roots.

    Flame Thrower
    •Slow duration down to 1s from 2s.

    Nomad

    Wind Bomb
    •Duration down to 3.5s from 4s.
    •Projectile slow factor down to 40% from 50%.

    Wind Strike
    •Global cooldown up to 0.4s from 0.3s.

    Spear Master

    Kunju
    •Slow factor down to 33% from 50%.

    Ranid Assassin

    Toxin Bomb
    •Slow factor down to 30% from 40%.

    Harbinger

    Hemorrhage
    •Slow factor down to 20% from 25%.

    Shadow Ward
    • Fixed a bug causing Shadowbolt to cast instantly when Shadow Ward wears off.

    Stalker

    Shadow Strike
    •Range down to 105 from 120.
    •Dark Chase buff duration down to 4s from 6s.
    •Shadow strike debuff duration down to 4s from 6s.

    Dual Xbow
    •Range down to 108 to 119.
    •Damage down to 10 from 12.
    •Slow duration down to 1.5s from 2.5s.
    •Second bolt fires 0.4s faster.

    Shroud of Darkness
    •Now displays the right name in Scoreboard and Scrolling Combat Text.

    Barrage
    •Damage down to 6 per bolt from 7.

    Ravener

    Spike Shield
    •Fixed a tooltip typo stating that spike shield reduces damage taken by 60%, it is supposed to be 40%.

    Spinning Strike
    •No longer reflects Psychopomp's Mind Transfer, the projectile is now destroyed upon impact.
